Biscottoni CHOCOLATE

Tanti cari auguri a tutti di Buon Anno!!!




Ieri, avevo bisogno di farmi qualcosa di.... coccoloso e, spulciando tra i miei libri, ho scovato una ricetta di biscotti al cioccolato decisamente intrigante. Di quelli che quando li cuoci, sprigionano un profumo inebriante che ti riempie la casa.
Cosi' ieri sera li ho fatti e stamattina, con una mia amica, alla faccia della temperatura (oggi abbiamo avuto 36 gradi!!!) ce li siamo mangiati. Nooooo, mica tutti ehhh, uno a testa, perche' oltre ad essere molto grandi sono anche mooolto ricchi.

Chocolate Chip Cookies (Nigella Lawson)

Ingredienti: (x 12 biscotti grandi)

125g cioccolato fondente, minimo 70% cacao
150g farina
30g cacao
1 cucchiaino bicarbonato di sodio
1/2 cucchiaino sale
125g burro morbido
75g zucchero di canna
50g zucchero
1 cucchiaino estratto di vanilla
1 uovo freddo di frigo
350g gocce di cioccolato (fondente)

1. Accendere il forno a 170 gradi. Sciogliere il cioccolato a bagnomaria o al microonde.
2. In una ciotola mettere farina, cacao, bicarbonato and salt.
3. In another large bowl Cream butter and sugar, add melted chocolate, egg, vanilla extract, mix all ingredients well.
4. Now add the mix of flour / baking soda / cocoa and salt, stir and then add the chocolate chips and mix well.
5. With the help of a dispenser for ice cream, form 12 balls and arrange on a baking tray 6 and 6 on another covered cartaforno, holding the ball well because the distance between them 'flatten out during cooking.
6. Bake for 18 minutes.
7. Let them cool completely before removing from baking tray.

This cute "play" ... is called "the letter to Santa Claus," is to do a post with a letter to Santa Claus, the rules are very few:
1) there must be all the spiritual gifts (I'll be better and always go to bed early ...) to material gifts.

Pokemon Leaf Green Rom Mac

Dolcetti



Questi dolcetti sono di una semplicita' estrema e sono fatti con avanzi di dolci natalizi. Nel caso specifico ho utilizzato un avanzo di Christmas pudding, ma una qualunque torta con frutta secca mista (se un po' appiccicosa meglio) can 'be fine.
Serves: (approx. 30 sweets)
350 g of cake with dried fruit mixed
1 0 2 tbsp golden syrup (or honey)

50 ml of milk 1 tablespoon brandy (optional) 130 g dark chocolate

to decorate:
120 g white chocolate, red and green candied cherries

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
In a bowl put the cake crumbled by hand, the golden syrup or honey, brandy and milk (put a drop at a time so that the dough becomes too soft), mix well and add the chocolate. Mix all ingredients well, roll into balls place them on a tray covered with greaseproof paper and allow to stand about 1 / 2 hour in the refrigerator.
always dissolve in water bath white chocolate, cut into small cubes cherries and decorate the cakes.

Christmas White Christmas e. .. slice two tear of emotion


Friday 'here and' was the last day of school, at least for Luke, it will be ended a few days before, while other schools are still missing a couple of weeks. But apart from that, and 'was also the last day when I went to class to help children to cook.
We made these cookies for Christmas Australian classic, and 'the second year that they do this (again school), but did not know existed before coming here in Perth. The teacher, as always, gave us the recipe and 'was slightly modified from the original to make it more' ... Light!?! In fact, using yoghurt instead of Coph * and there's no 'sugar (less bad' cause I'm already 'quite so sweet')
White Christmas slice
Ingredients:
60 g of puffed rice
30 g 80 g
dehydrated coconut milk powder
180 g of raisins and dried apricots, coarsely chopped candied cherries

100 g 100 g 200 g white chocolate melted
light yogurt alla vaniglia
In una ciotola mettere il riso soffiato, il cocco, il latte in polvere, la frutta secca, le ciliegine e mischiare gli ingredienti.
Aggiungere poi il cioccolato fuso e lo yoghurt, mescolare bene e versare il tutto in una piccola teglia da 20x30 cm, a sponde basse, e ricoperta da carta forno.
Livellare bene il tutto e mettere in frigorifero a riposare per qualche ora.
Quando e' ben freddo tagliare a cubetti e servire!
* purtroppo non ho trovato in rete la spiegazione in italiano di cos'e' il copha .
(i dolcetti in foto sono quelli che abbiamo rifatto Luca ed io, appena tornati da scuola venerdi' ma, a dire il vero, erano piu' belli quelli fatti in classe!!! ... ... Opsss)

E 'was fun as always and, ultimately, a bit' moving, 'cause these 25 boys between 10 and 11 years, in addition to some nice little devils, they also know be really sweet, as to make us move.
They, along with the teacher, made a gift to me and another mom to thank for the help they have given in class throughout the school year. Well, needless to say that the tear has been wasted! We looked like two fountains!

Paper, silicone mold muffins and above all the recipes made during the year, with pictures of children during the execution, gathered in the book and left a beautiful thank you note.

Homemade Foldable Weight Bench




Here's my apple pie! Finally today I managed to do it.
Yet another apple pie! In all blogs are apple pies, was missing in my right, all are similar but each has its own recipe with your own variations. That 'what did my mother and I, I never change anything, I've only ever done so', as she did. And 'maybe the cake that are more' romantically linked, the cake of memories most 'beautiful, what makes me suffer the taste of "home".
And this' recipe:
Cake apples (my mother)
1 kg. Apple
150 g.
flour 130 g. butter (100 g for 30 from the cake and pour over)
150 g. sugar (100 g for 50 from the cake and sprinkle top)

2 eggs 1 spoon of baking powder 1 pinch of salt

1 lemon

milk to taste Remove the core the apples, peel, cut into very thin slices and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice, 'cause not blacken. Melt 100 g. of butter and pour into a bowl where you Beat the eggs with 100 g. of sugar. Mix well and add a little at times thicker and always working, you'll have before the flour sifted for 2 to 3 times with the baking powder and salt. You must obtain a paste rather than fluid and therefore 'add, if necessary, a tablespoon or two of milk. Grease well a cake, (24 cm diameter) and sprinkle with bread crumbs fine. Pour half 'of the dough into the pan, put a layer of apples, pour over the apples, the rest of the dough and another layer of apples. Then pour in the remaining 30 g. melted butter over the apples and the remaining 50 g. of sugar. Bake in oven at 170/180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
