not remember 'where I found the recipe for this cake, maybe on one of those comics Advertising' supermarket which, after a quick puff and took note of the recipe when I had inspired confidence, I threw. Moreover, I wanted to try Even though I'm fond of dark chocolate and not particularly than white! (???!!!) But now, I've done, I must say that I was just inspired! And I 'liked it! Just a little 'too sweet for my taste, but good.
Here is the recipe:
tart cherries and white chocolate

100 g butter 180 g white chocolate melted (in a double boiler or microwave)

2 eggs 120 g sugar 90 g flour 00

90 g flour self raising (00 + flour or a teaspoon of baking powder) 180 g cherries, pitted

icing sugar to sprinkle over the cake (optional)
In a bowl beat eggs with sugar, then add the flour. Mix well and add butter and the melted chocolate. Mix and pour the mixture into a roasting pan about 18x28 cm, covered with parchment paper. Spread cherries pressed lightly into the dough. Bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.

I changed the amount slightly, but mostly I simplified to my liking, the processing method compared to the original recipe.

Cream of sweet potato, red lentils and curry


Today is a day was warm enough in the sense that the temperature is rising and will rise a little bit and is still a lot instead of in the coming days, since they are under 40 degrees! And then, when it's hot, what a kitchen? But a beautiful soup of course !!!!!! :-))))
Pero `I served warm, not hot and the yogurt ..." cool "! ;-DDDDD
Here's the recipe:

Cream of sweet potato, red lentils and curry

Ingredients for 4:
450 g sweet potatoes (orange), peeled and diced 450 g
white potatoes, peeled and chopped
diced 100 g red lentils 1 onion, peeled

thinly sliced \u200b\u200b1 clove garlic, sliced \u200b\u200b
2 or 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1.2 l vegetable broth 2 teaspoons curry paste
salt / pepper 1 jar
natural yogurt

Sauté the onion in a flame medio/bassa, per circa 7-8 minuti.
Aggiungere l'aglio, il curry, le patate e le lenticchie, cuocere per 5 minuti mescolando di tanto in tanto.
Aggiungere il brodo caldo e cuocere per circa 15 minuti o finche` le patate risultino ben cotte.
Frullare il tutto e servire nei piatti con una cucchiaiata o due di yogurt.

Era da un po' che volevo fare qualcosa di sfiziosetto, da servire con l'aperitivo, ma per evitare di accendere il forno, ho sempre rimandato.
Oggi invece, approfittando della temperatura un po' piu' bassa, ho messo le mani in pasta.....si fa per dire, visto che ha fatto quasi tutto il mixer :-D!....., ho acceso il forno ed ho fatto questi grissini.

Grissini sfiziosi
150 g farina
120 g nocciole sgusciate (con la pellicina)
75 g burro morbido
3 cucchiaini di timo fresco tritato
50 g pecorino o parmigiano grattugiato
1 pizzico di pepe nero
1 uovo leggermente sbattuto
2 pizzichi di sale (di cui: 1 pizzico va nell'impasto e 1 pizzico per salare i grissini prima di infornarli)
1 cucchiaio di acqua (se necessario)

1 tuorlo + un cucchiaio di latte per pennellare i grissini prima di infornarli.

Mettere le nocciole nel mixer ed azionare finche' si sono tritate grossolanamente, toglierle e metterle in a large bowl.
