Best Thing For Aches And Joints

The other day, leafing through a magazine "Delicious", I was particularly attracted by this cake, 'cause involves the use of I personally love hazelnuts. But when I started work, I realized I have at home only almond flour so I used that instead of hazelnuts. I must say that the result 'was equally good.

cake with pears and almonds
2 pears

100 g almond flour 110 g sugar + 2 tablespoons (for sprinkling over the cake before baking)

50 g flour 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder 2 eggs, cakes

60 ml milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 teaspoon vanilla
80 g + 20 g melted butter (to be divided into flakes for sprinkling over the cake before baking)

a pinch of salt Preheat oven to 170 degrees .
Melt the butter in a saucepan over very low heat. Peel and cut into four
mean any pear, then cut each piece into thin slices.
In a large bowl put: almond flour, white flour, yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt, mix all ingredients well.
In another bowl put: the lightly beaten eggs, milk, vanilla and melted butter (80 g) cooled, mix the ingredients well and put them together the other ingredients to the bowl and mix well until all 'are well blended.
Grease and flour a pie dish 26 cm in diameter, pour the mixture over the pears and place. Sprinkle with sugar (the 2 tablespoons) and butter in flakes (20 g approximately) and bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Buttery Nipple And Milk

and Dip wholemeal bread

Damn, It 's been almost a month since last post!
But this time a little bit ... turbulent (including action to ankle of my daughter, more than two weeks ago, broke the ligaments and damaged a nerve playing basketball) the desire to cook is really reduced to a minimum.
`The other day but I dusted off an old notebook on which he had jotted down simple recipes (some very simple) and fast, had friends from years ago, So yesterday, since I had the ingredients at home, I prepared an appetizer first I went to dinner and, in addition to nachos, small crackers, even with the bread that I baked in the afternoon.

For the dip:
simply mix a jar of salsa for nachos, a box of cheese spread, parmesan cheese and some vegetables cut into very small cubes. Put in oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes or more.
(I did not put in the oven, I heated the sauce and vegetables in a saucepan, then I removed from the heat, I added the remaining ingredients and served)

For the bread:
500 g wheat flour, 350 ml warm water 100 ml warm milk, a packet of yeast, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, a drop of oil.
I put all the ingredients in the bread machine, program, and yeast mixture (total 1 hour and a half). I removed the dough from the basket, I quickly mixed up again (it will be 'soft and sticky) I moved into a bowl, cover and let rise about 3 hours. Again, I mixed up again quickly, spread the dough, rolled up and put in a box, closed the box and let rise for another hour, hour and a half. Bake in preheated oven at 220 for about 30 minutes. (I've really cooked to 250 degrees but it is a little bit too much).

*** A few weeks ago, in an attempt to put a blog on my personal list, I bungled, and I clicked the wrong button, but instead of saving, I deleted the whole list in the block. Slowly I recovered most of the blog, but still I miss some and I regret that.
Why, if there we are, is solo perche` non sono ancora riuscita a recuperarvi.
