Here's my apple pie! Finally today I managed to do it. Yet another apple pie! In all blogs are apple pies, was missing in my right, all are similar but each has its own recipe with your own variations. And this' recipe:
Cake apples (my mother)
1 kg. Apple
150 g.
flour 130 g. butter (100 g for 30 from the cake and pour over)
150 g. sugar (100 g for 50 from the cake and sprinkle top)
2 eggs 1 spoon of baking powder 1 pinch of salt
1 lemon

Pour half 'of the dough into the pan, put a layer of apples, pour over the apples, the rest of the dough and another layer of apples. Then pour in the remaining 30 g. melted butter over the apples and the remaining 50 g. of sugar. Bake in oven at 170/180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
